Shopify Infrastructure Setup
In the first step of the project, we created an e-commerce infrastructure from scratch. We established a scalable Shopify store that meets basic needs such as quick setup, secure payment infrastructure, inventory tracking, and shipping integration. The category structure, product pages, and payment flows were optimized for user experience.

Brand Identity & Design
We created a sincere and professional brand identity aimed at pet owners. The color palette, typography, and visual language reflect the brand's trustworthy and caring nature. This identity has been consistently reflected in both the website and social media content.

Performance-Oriented Advertising Campaigns
We targeted segments in Meta and Google ads: niche audiences such as new pet owners, veterinary and pet shop visitors were identified. Thanks to conversion-optimized campaigns, cost per sale decreased, and ROAS exceeded 5.
